1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spotter mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Arrow Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Spotter (“Spotter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Content

You are responsible for the workouts, programs, comments, and any other content you post or share through the Service. You confirm that your content is yours, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arrow Studio LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other users
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service
• Discriminate against or harass others on the basis of race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spotter is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrow Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Subscriptions

Spotter may offer optional paid subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

9. Links to External Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arrow Studio LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Indemnity

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arrow Studio LLC and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
